This 40 Rexair has one of a kind floor plan, the best ever in all RVs I have seen. The entrance is the door to the front passenger seat. That way street dirt and shoes stay up front like in a foyer. Next is a remodelled living and dining space with circular seating options (front seats swivel), separate from the kitchen. The dining table is expandable through an inlay and large enough for 5. Free standing chairs allow for more floor space & flexibility. The queen sofa and the single sofa transform into sleeping spaces for 3 more persons/guests in addition to the 2 persons sharing a queen bed in the spacious master bedroom. There are 2 full wall slides: 1 Bedroom closet, 1 Living room sitting area. Only a few drawers are blocked in the bedroom when the slide is in, otherwise the overhead storage, wardrobe closets, as well as the queen bed are fully accessible on the road.
