This is a gently-used hard-side A-frame pop-up camper.
It's been taken out roughly 10 times.

As is the case with anything used, there have been a couple of small issues:
There was some water damage in the rear of the camper due to old caulking letting water in 2 years ago.  It was dried, scrubbed for a few mold spots, then all wood was painted with mold-proof primer and then painted to match the interior of the cabin.  It's now safe (from possible mold) and looks finished compared to the way the camper comes stock, which is with plenty of exposed wood.
The A/C 120v outlets are currently not putting out power.  The USB outlets do though, so phones, etc. can be charged.  We're looking into getting the 120v outlets fixed.
