The garage area is insulated, has its own A/C unit and has two (2) fold down beds / couches. It has a built in cabinet and storage rack, ample outlets, along with a TV and a Drivers Side walk in door (with retractable screen).

The Living quarters are is the 14x14 model. It has a pass thru bathroom. It has a 60 gallon freshwater tank with a 30 gallon grey water and a 30 gallon black water tank. We had two recliners installed (instead of a bench). The cabinets are all solid wood and their is ample storage for all things needed.

On the outside, we had a Hot water and a Cold water outlets installed. It has a 50 gallon fuel station along with an propane adapter for a small grill (or fire place).
