This has always been stored indoors. We've used it about five times per year in the past two years. This trailer is in exceptional condition and all of the little issues that these trailers have had have been addressed and fixed. Roof membrane is is pristine shape, never had leaks and still doesn't have leaks. Tags are good to the end of 2025.

Note the model, this little guy has tons of room thanks to the 12 foot slide!

The trailer came from the factory with the Adventurer package which consists of heavy duty off-road tires, 2in lift and lower diamond plate rock protection.

Comes with a 20lb propane tank, two new group24 batteries, 12v refrigerator, Camco leveling blocks/chocks and Fastway E2 weight distribution hitch. We also have an additional full slide topper kit that comes with this ($500+)

The modifications we've added are:
Added 480w total (3x160w) Renogy solar panels
Added MPPT solar charge controller
Added a solar charge monitor display
Added a battery charge monitor display(tells you the state of your battery capacity)
Added two additional lights on either side of the entry steps
Added a MaxxAir roof vent cover to keep out rain and debris
Added more support for the fresh water tank
Added entry door shade (Lippert Thin Shade)
Added USB type-c and 12v accessory socket for charging phones and tablets
Installed slide topper (this keeps rain and debris off the top of the slide)
Installed Oxygenix shower head
Replaced the wimpy bathroom fan with a more powerful and reversible fan
Sealed up all undercarriage to keep rodents out
Mattress has always had a mattress protector over it

I'm sure there are other fixes and mod's that aren't listed, but these are the big ticket items. I'm confident in saying this trailer is in top notch functionally and physical shape. Here is a YT video of the walk through. We're selling this because we bought a toy hauler. Thanks for looking.
