42 foot fifth wheel camper. This camper is practically brand new. Only been used a total of five times for a total of under 3 months use. Has brand new 14 ply Hercules tires with under 2000 miles on them. There is still over a year left on warranty for all appliances. This unit has all brand new curtains/drapes that we just put in. Has a king size temper medic mattress. We have washed and waxed this unit at least 2 times per year and washed and treated the roof two times a year.
