This is the best quad bunkhouse floorplan out there. It's got 2 AC units, king bed, upgraded residential refrigerator, a full outdoor kitchen with mini fridge, equalizer weight distribution hitch, tongue-mounted bike rack and bumper mounted bike rack with installed bumper support brackets. I will also include a Samsung TV for the living area entertainment center. This is our favorite quad bunkhouse floorplan out there- so much storage room! You can add the 4th bed under the one bed, but we loved to have that area for toys. We do not have the original dinette or couch.
