It's only been out about 3 times a year. Always stored indoors. Everything works as it should. 3 beds - bedroom, garage hapijack bed/couch, and dinette bed. I have all manuals and paperwork for it. It will come with everything ready to camp. Blocks for stabilizers, leveling blocks, wheel locks, power adapters 120v-50amp, 30-50amp, water filters, water pressure regulator, rhino waste lines, and curt hitch system. Still owe money on it but the credit union is 20min away so you can get the title same day. Just ask if you have any questions about it.
