22 feet long and 8 feet wide with an additional slideout for a large living area. Table area can seat 6 people. 2 queen beds with upgraded memory foam mattresses. Sleeps 4 people comfortably. The bed area has multiple windows, a shelf to keep your items, plus a lot of storage areas. The kitchen has a sink and propane stove. Air conditioning. Radio and wall mounted TV. It has an electric jack for easy connection to a vehicle hitch. All lights are LED, inside and out. It is also Solar ready. I have a 200W brand new RV solar kit and wireless backup camera kit I will include with the asking price. Propane heater. Dual mode fridge (AC and propane). Dual propane tanks, 46 gallon fresh water tank, 39 gallon gray and waste water tanks - so you can take this off the grid with ease.
The trailer is hardly used, almost in like new condition. Stored inside of our building. All tires are like new and the spare was never used. Nice bathroom with a sink, toilet, and shower. Large electric awning with LED lighting.
This campers roof vent bathroom fan got damaged and the previous owner claimed through insurance. Due to the insurance claim, it has a prior salvage title. That was the only damage. We replaced the fan and vent cover with a new one and had it inspected by the DMV and got a transferable title and valid plates. The price to buy one of these campers new is around $21,600. You can buy this one for about half of that. Current title can register in any state like any other camper. Even though the damage had no lasting effect on the trailer, I kept the price lower than the current market price so you are getting a great value.
