LOW MILAGE !!!! Luxury and Family Friendly all in one beautiful RV - this 2018 LXE Discovery 40G by Fleetwood is built on the Freightliner Chassis and powered by a mighty Cummins ISL9 380 hp Diesel engine. Plenty of power!! I pull a 2023 GMC Denali behind it without any issues!

Sleeps up to 8, with a King bed in the main suite, two bunk beds, a full pull-out couch, and a large U-shaped dinette that converts into a bed.

Three large flat-screen TVs (above the driver and passenger seats) above the countertop across from the sofa and in the main bedroom. There is also a DVD Player system for each bunk bed! The exterior TV and stereo system are outside under the large patio awning that is great for tailgating.

The galley is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances - including a full-size residential refrigerator, microwave/convection oven, a 3-burner gas cooktop with solid surface cooktop covers, a drawer-dishwasher, and a large double kitchen sink with lots of storage space and pantry space throughout the galley area.

Full-width storage compartments, and the front one has a slide-out storage tray. The systems are easily accessible with all of the water controls centralized, and the battery compartment for the house batteries and the chassis batteries are also easily accessed. All replaced in Summer of 2024 along with two new tires on the front.

The unit is equipped with a Solar panel and charge converter system; there is an Inverter to support the operation of the electrical appliances when underway and 8kW Cummins generator to run the entire coach when dry camping.

This RV has low mileage (@14,000 mi.) and is ready to take its new owners to hit the road for years of enjoyment!
We are not done RV-ing, just dont require the bunk model anymore as our kids are older and looking for something that better suits just the two of us.

Always stored inside, never been outside when not in use.
