Lance makes great travel trailers. Look it up if you're not already familiar. We purchased it new and have loved it. We replaced it with a motor home as we felt we were getting a bit too old to pull a trailer. This has about everything. It is a four season trailer with Azdel insulation. It has a 160 watt solar charger, the rear lounge, electric stabilizer jacks and an electric tongue jack. It has a backup camera, day night shades, 3 propane tanks, a 6 cu ft refrigerator, a 25K BTU furnace, a one piece roof, a slide out storage bin, and much more. (There is lots of storage.). Both the Dinette and the Couch turn into beds so it easily sleeps 5. I'll also be including a hitch ball with two sway bars which were dealer add ons. We will also leave in dishes, silverware, towels and other assorted things if you wish them. The trailer is in storage just outside of Denver. I haven't renewed the license plates for the year as the intent is to sell it and we are using the motor home. I would take you to the storage area to view it. There are some surface scratches and the stair on the second door is damaged, We never had it fixed as that is really just an emergency door and is not used. Otherwise in very good condition. This same trailer is currently listed at a dealer near us for $31,900.
