Please note:  There are some items that need to be addressed from a cosmetic and functional standpoint.  These include:  the interior furniture is flaking; the passenger side has several compartment doors slightly dented due to a long scrap that extends about 10 feet in length;  the toilet foot peddle is broken; the dash A/C does not work.
