We have decided to sell our coach. We are non-smokers and non-pet owners. The coach has been stored in our enclosed pole barn when not in use. Everything works as expected. Great floor plan and a great coach.

Mileage and Generator hours are subject to change because we will be using and maintaining the coach.

We had New Tires and Chassis Battery and House Batteries installed in February 2022.

We also had a New Awning and Slide Room Toppers installed in April 2022.

The Queen Bed is usable when the slides are in. Also, the bathroom is usable when the slides are in. The refrigerator can be opened when the slides are in. We added Snap Pads on the Leveling Jacks. The previous owner installed an On Demand Water Heater. We are glad this was updated. This is a great feature.

We are including the tire pressure monitoring system.
