Rockwood Freedom camper is in great shape, but needs a little TLC to restore to top shape. New owner will want to replace the rear canvas section surrounding bed. A leak caused mold to develop on the canvas only. Replacement canvas runs about $600. The interior lights and fan don't have power. This is a new issue and might be from the leak that caused the mold by the rear bed. New owner will want to replace the caulking around rear bed.
