I am the original owner of this motor home and beyond it being meticulously cared for, the notable benefits and features of this motorhome include:

Chassis:

- Ford E 450 with V-10 gasoline engine

- 33,000 miles

- Just passed the California SMOG check on May 15, 2025

- Registered until June 2026

- Oil has been changed every 4,000-5,000 miles using synthetic oil (Mobile 1) and Ford OEM oil filters (recently serviced)

- Gale Banks Engineering exhaust system & engine/transmission tune-up (all California Air Resources Board approved). -- Includes the optional SCT X4 controller (new; see SCTFLASH.COM)

- K&N high performance, reusable air filter (part of the Banks upgrade, recently serviced)

- Bosch RV shock absorbers

- Brand new Michelin radial tires (7-- six plus the spare; installed May 2024; less than 200 miles on them). These are top of the line RV/truck radial tires.

- Onan 4KW generator with only 85 hours; It has always been operated using Royal Purple synthetic oil (just serviced)

- Hydraulic leveling jacks on all four corners with a joystick controller (HWH brand)

- Rear-mounted Road Master spare tire mount (it mounts in the hitch receiver and still allows for towing while conveniently carrying the spare tire on a swiveling mount)

- Deep cycle coach batteries (two)

- Dynamat thermal & sound insulation is installed on the cab area floors, within the cab doors, on the engine compartment hood,

in the battery box, and in the generator compartment
