2nd Owner. Everything worked when stored. Currently winterized (since last fall), great shape and clean. newer tires, new battery this spring. All factory goodies still there (fan/light combo over sleeping areas, BBQ grill etc.) sleeps 6 comfortable, 8 in a pinch or with youngins.

Everything needed/that I used is included:
- weight distributing hitch
- Electric cables and adapters
- Water hoses
- Black/Grey water drainage apparatus and tools
- Pads for leveling legs and stackable blocks to level entire trailer
- 20x8 outdoor mat for area under awning
- full winter cover - used only 1 season
- fire extinguisher, smoke/CO2 detector etc., etc.
- quite a few little extras too numerous to mention (hatchet for kindling etc.)

We loved this model because it actually has decent counter space for coffee maker, food prep etc.
not heavy - dual axel and brakes- trailers well with 1/2 ton pickup or full-size SUV.
29" length listed is when parked/front and back bed platforms are open. Driving length considerably shorter
