We completed a 5000 mile trouble free trip thru the West in 2024.

We have owned the coach 14 years.

Coach has been well maintained and serviced as needed. Normal wear and tear on the exterior but in really great condition. Interior could use updating and furniture recovered or replaced to your taste.

Recently updated include:

Front end service, including brakes, axle seals, all bushings replaced on front suspension, air ride serviced, and cab AC system evacuated and recharged. All 6 tires balanced and front end aligned.

Updates over last few years:

New refrigerator.

Front roof AC replaced.

New toilet.

New electric steps.

Two new TVs.

Replaced starting batteries and house batteries.

New sound system.

New Queen RV mattress.

Replaced slide floor in living room, due to undiscovered leak.

Tires with around 9000 miles.

Repaint over the cab area, as clear coat was deteriorated.

New inverter spring 2024

UPDATE: just had the charging system for the house batteries checked and repaired! Also, new line from front of coach to the rear jacks for leveling system.

Kept in covered storage the last few years.
