We replaced all sunroofs and sealants on the roof in spring 2024 and also installed a brand-new black-tank at that time. This unit also comes with X-chocks for each side, 12+ square/lifting chocks, parking chocks, two hitch-locks, two power-cords plus an extension cord, a water filter, and a complete hook-up system for sewer and resting grate for the sewer hose.

Also included are two new batteries (bought May of 2024), two propane tanks, a drop-hitch and stabilizer bars. We have kept meticulous records and all manuals and service documents, plus various tools and necessary camping gadgets are ready to go.
