The third cabin seat was removed and replaced with a custom-made removable chopping block top, creating more usable kitchen counter space and improving cabin flow. (The Third seat can be reinstalled if desired; seatbelts for 5 people remain with the sofa bed.)
An aftermarket digital solar view system was added to monitor for those more curious techies.
Ample Storage: Lots of convenient storage cubbies throughout the van.

Cabinet drop power cabinet for additional storage (ideal for blankets and pillows). It's very stealthy.
Removable Headboard with custom storage hooks on the backside for power cables, water hose, chairs, etc.
Spacious Interior: The 170" wheelbase provides extra storage space behind the "headboard" perfect for larger items like campfire logs, buckets, and chairs.
Safety: Seatbelts in the sofa bed allow for a total of 5 occupants (without the third cabin seat installed).
Recent Maintenance: A Fresh starter battery will be installed.

Known Imperfection:

There is a dent on the driver-side front quarter panel and a scratch on the rear door from a minor campsite mishap. This was quoted around $2000 to repair, but it is purely cosmetic and does not affect the van's functionality or performance. He (the van) has been lonely as I have been overwhelmed with family/work and have been unable to take care of him. The low miles and asking price reflect these factors.

Why are you selling?

Unfortunately, with the arrival of a grandchild and a new job, I no longer have the time to properly care for and enjoy this fantastic RV. I'm hoping to find a buyer who appreciates its unique features and is ready to hit the road!
