I am the original owner of this RV and I have a clear Texas title in my name. This unit has been lovingly used and there are some minor wear related issues: the loveseat faux leather is flaking badly (we use a blue, one-piece cover, please see all photos). The passenger side Bullet decal is damaged, some of the decals have started to deteriorate, the 15 awning is the original and is faded, has a small tear and some small holes. The axel bearings and brakes have been regularly maintained by Camping World (receipts in hand). I have the original owners Manuel and all of the component manuals as well.
