This is a super clean and mostly all remodel trailer. I thought it was going to be my forever trailer so I spruced it all up. New couch, new table mounts. new awning, new faucet, new kitchen back splash. New cushions and fabric, new curtains, new entire roof, brand new front pane, new wall paper, and paint, 2 year old tires, 1 year old top of the line mattresses, she is an absolutely beautiful unit. King size bed slides out the back for easy pulling. Bathroom is still original but in great condition. I am sacrificing the sale of this unit as I have already purchased a new trailer. Lots of underneath storage, last two years it has been stored in a climate controlled storage and the plumbing has been professionally flushed. She is a beauty.
