Enjoy this spacious 2 Bedroom, 1 ½ Bath, 5th wheel with 3 Slides. The trailer has 30 AMP Electric with an updated inverter (2022). The Ducted A/C blows cold air throughout the trailer and keeps it nice and cool on those hot days and the Furnace will keep you warm and cozy on the colder days in the Spring and Autumn - both work very well. The 20 Power Awning was replaced 2 years ago - the Motor works, but spring needs reset (can explain further if interested in the trailer). The model has an Outdoor Kitchen and we updated the refrigerator. The inside Kitchen has updated residential refrigerator, works better than the RV model, but will need shore power to keep things cold - replaced last year.

Some notes - the old Bunk Room has been converted into King Bedroom. The bunk over the outdoor Kitchen is still there - so this room could sleep 3 adults/teens or pile the kids in one hang out space. The Trailer comes with 3 Flat Screen TVs - Queen Bedroom has a 17 with Firestick, the King Bedroom has a 13 with Roku, and the Living Space has a 40 Built-in Smart TV. Both beds have upgraded Memory Foam Mattresses. We updated Carpet in Living Space and removed the old dingy furniture with new Table and Chairs and a small Sectional. It's a great unit - we never towed the Trailer, so you would need to have it inspected if you're going to travel with it. The folks that we bought it from towed it over 3 hours and it's been in this spot for 3 years at our Seasonal Campground site. Just looking to sell and move onto something we can tow otherwise we'd keep it!
