I purchased this travel trailer new and have been the only owner. I have meticulously maintained every aspect of the travel trailer. I have made several upgrades to the unit. I installed a TV in the master bedroom, which has a queen bed. There is also a sliding door to separate the bedroom for privacy. Theres also a separate exit door in the bedroom if you dont want to wake the little ones. I ordered the travel trailer with the U-shaped dinette, which was an upgrade, as well as the theater seating. I also had a topper professionally installed by the dealership over the slide out. Note that the theater seating reclines close to flat. There is an outdoor shower and kitchen, including a mini fridge. Ive had this unit inspected annually, winterized, roof inspected and sealed, and I hand waxed it every year before covering for the winter. Im only selling this because my child is getting too old. This travel trailer is like new, everything works as it should. I also had custom backup and side cameras installed and will include the vehicle monitor, they really come in handy.
