This is pre-covid build and is in great shape. The 19.8 is the perfect camper for a family. It sleeps 5 comfortably with the main queen bed, the dinette and the 2 bunk beds. There is a roomy shower where we added some additional battery operated touch lights.

The camper comes standard with a 30 gallon fresh water tank, 30 gallon black and grey tanks. All tanks have heaters. Camper also has a central vacuum and a lot of storage.

We've done some upgrades to the base build. We've added a 200 Renogy Solar Panel.
60 AMP Renogy Solar Controller.
3000 Watt Renogy Inverter/Charger
100 AH Lithium Battery.
2 - 30 lb Propane tanks
Water pressure accumulator for the 12 volt water pump.
Memory Foam Mattress.
