This 2020 Lance model 2185 is in great condition, used only 3-4 times per season and we are the original owners. It has been stored under the cover of a roof, out of sun, snow, and rain its entire life. We have all the original paperwork and manuals from purchase and upgrades.

The purchase price for this model was $48,000 and the current average asking price is between $31,000-$33,000. We are asking the current price because we acknowledge there are a few small issues:

One of the 3 burners on the gas range isn't working (rest of stove/stovetop works great)

The range cover/backsplash covers only half of the stovetop- front half is missing

Front panel of the refrigerator came off (just small plastic fastener on the bottom broke, but panel is in tact, just needs to be secured back on).

We love this trailer and are sad to see it go. We just haven't used it enough to justify keeping it.
