Selling for a family friend who lives in the mountains, the RV is held in Denver. The RV has solar panels, but no built in generator. Solar panels are good for basic electricity, TV, etc, but not big items like AC. No built in generator. I hook up a gas powered generator when needed. It is designed to be a four season RV, with a heater to keep the water tank from freezing and extra insulation to stay warm in winter. It has ORVs Off-road suspension, with a little extra height and dual tires. Not true off-road, but more capable than the standard RVs.
Some additional info: 80 gal fresh water capacity, plus 40 gal black & 40 gal grey. A/C is 13,500 BTUs. Furnace is 35,000 BTUs. 60 gal gas propane tank. Dual batteries. Dry weight 6350. GVWR 9995.
