Very Good condition with no issues and ready to go. This layout is as close as you can get to a 5th wheel layout and still tow with a 1/2 ton pickup.

Double slide for large living area with couch that folds into a bed and theater seating with massage and heat. Upgraded Roku TVs in LR and BR included. All appliances and systems work as they should. Queen bed. Plenty of Storage throughout the camper. Small Outdoor Kitchen.

The only item that does not work is the small led light in the awning.

Upgrades made to the camper
-Switched 20LB to 30LB propane tanks
-Replaced 6 Gal hot water tank to on demand hot water for endless hot water
-Added slide out awning to drivers side
-Replaced both Awning Arms and motor
Added rustic wood at coffee bar area and at head of.
