2007 Ragen 2100 FB luxury toy hauler. The gross weight empty is 5120 lbs and max GVW of 12,820 lbs that affords 7700 lbs of fuel, water and cargo. It is advised to have a 3/4 ton truck or higher to safely tow this rig. I am the second owner of this toy hauler and have meticulously maintained it over the years. The first owner went into default and only had it for the first year. The toy hauler is equipped with a 5500 Onan generator which is an upgrade and will deliver on all your electrical Needs. The generator has been maintained with Factory Onan Parts and regular oil changes and air filter changes conducted. And it also received a new carburetor in the past month. This unit is equipped with a working AC unit and separate heater units both in good working order. Also standard is the hot water heater, which was drained yearly and the electrode removed and cleaned. I have winterized this hauler for past seven years and the kit is included. This hauler has 150 gallon freshwater tank which is bigger than most. It also contains a 58 gallon Gray water tank and a 58 gallon black water tank. It boasts 40 gallon gasoline tank with an on board hose filler for your toys. 12 V Power system includes two new 6 V deep Cycle golf cart batteries in series, a Trimetric power system monitor that is programmable. New heater pads and control panel system installed on the 3 tanks. Two 7.5 gallon propane tanks which are full. Tires are in great condition and a new full size spare included. New snow chains are also included if the need arises. Unit comes with two sets of wheel chocks and a set of wheel locks as well as hitch locks and electronic hitch stand. The roof of the hauler was professionally coated, and a new awning installed several years ago. Skylight covers were replaced with metal and protective guards installed where feasible. The interior is in immaculate condition for its age and repairs and maintenance were strictly adhered to after each use. The unit has a bathroom that contains a toilet, a shower, sink, and a closet and storage space for dirty laundry. The kitchen contains a refrigerator freezer combo in good working order. It also has a microwave with an integral coffee pot brewing station combined. It has an oven and stove combo, dual sink with new faucet and ample storage space with four cabinets and a pull-out storage space. The living area contains two swiveling, rotating captains chairs and a removable table between them, a loveseat that transforms into a bed and folds up out of the way when hauling your toys. There is ample storage space in the cabinets on both sides of the living space and a TV included. It contains two queen size bunkbeds with an aluminum ladder included. One bunkbed has an upgraded 6-inch new futon and other contains the stock pad. The unit sleeps five comfortably with the potential for more. The back of the unit drops down as a ramp to load your toys and the floor boasts six tiedowns and several D rings to secure your cargo. A small in floor storage hatch is there for extra storage. The outside of the toy hauler has electrical outlets and outdoor speakers with latching cover doors. It also has an outdoor shower station with hot & cold water. Also included is the sewage hoses and accessories as well as a new sewage hose kit. This toy hauler has many extra parts on hand and are included. Examples of spare parts would be new generator fuel pump, new generator carburetor, water pump, generator spark plugs, oil and air filters, toilet water valve, and vacuum valve assemblies, cabinet handles, faucets, vent covers and much, much more. Unit comes with an access ladder to inspect the roof. Also included is a 20 straw reversible porch mat. There is also a screen porch in the rear that folds up and has never been used. The only notable damage to the hauler would be left side has minor dings in siding and the left wheel well cowling which is (barely noticeable) a piece broke off during a tire blowout event. Overall this toy hauler has been painstakingly maintained and pride of ownership evident in the pictures. This is a great toy hauler for someone on a budget or with storage space constraints.
