Upgrades added:

The utility bay has been upgraded with a chrome/brass shower control with cold/hot water mix valve and flow control valve that save water. The factory AC receptacle and cable TV jack have been moved to water proof exterior locations so that the utility bay door remain closed while connected to utilities. This keep rodents out of the living spaces.
