Don't buy new!! Save money, time and headache on this coach. All warranty items have been fully replaced and now she is ready for peace of mind travel. Factory remaining warranty till 2027. Well kept and in excellent condition. Great gas mileage, quiet generator, rear bathroom (I'm 6'1 and I can stand when taking a shower), great layout (feels like a 22ft van), incredible storage space (We purchased a 24ft sprinter rv and when transferring items from the Rize to the sprinter, the larger van can not accommodate).
