Our camper is situated on a ridge, therefore there are no other campers in front or behind us. Our neighbors on the ridge are very friendly and helpful. Our reason for selling the unit is due to an upcoming move out of state. We have the clean title and are willing to negotiate. Our current asking price is lower than the actual retail value of this model camper.
