***This trailer has hardly been bounced down the road. The previous owner bought it brand spankin new, only to live in the trailer for a few months before putting it in storage. I bought it with very few miles and lived it part time for about six months before moving into my home now. So this home on wheels is still in great shape. Ive only had to fix a few leaky faucets, other than that there is nothing crucially wrong. The roof is in great shape and held up through the nasty weather that weve had these last few winters with ZERO leaks. I can answer any questions that you may have if you are interested. It was a great temporary home for the short amount of time I was in it, but I have no use for it anymore.
