Camper has only been used app. 6 weeks / year and kept inside an insulated shed. Ordered from Jayco and has never stayed on a dealers lot, 1 owner. Standard 310 RLTS features,(which are many), with 4 additions, king bed, rear hitch, heat pump, and gas/electric four door fridge with ice maker. Only reason for selling is changing to an A class, but will really miss this camper as it has everything. New Goodyear tires, brakes checked and cleaned, wheel bearings cleaned and repacked with new seals last yr. We will consider any reasonable offer.
