We are selling our 2104S Forest River Rockwood Mini-lite Camper. We just bought it last year, and only camped it twice, but unfortunately life circumstances have curtailed our future camping.

This unit is in excellent condition. EVERYTHING works, no exceptions. We bought it from a local dealer, who helped us sort out a few minor issues. Now it's nearly perfect. The only flaw is just a little sun fade on the exterior and it's minimal. The roof was re-sealed prior to purchase.

This model has an easy-to-use Murphy bed in the front that is a couch in the travel mode. The couch is comfortable for watching TV or just chillin. The Murphy bed option adds a lot of space in a relatively small camper before bedtime. There's lots of storage inside and outside. The house battery was new last year.

The slide out adds a lot of room when deployed. There are no problems of any type that we need to disclose to a potential buyer. It's a really nice camper. We haven't de-winterized it yet, but can on request.

Here's a unique plus for this camper. We are selling it with everything you may want included. Kitchenware. Utensils. Towels. Sheets/bedspread. Fresh water and septic hoses. Electrical cord. There is a really nice small Blackstone grill that is made for this camper included. Also included is a nice Covercraft cover for the unit. We can include the Curt heavy duty hitch with stabilizer bars for an additional $300 (pics). The bike rack in the pics is a $100 option.
