Lightly used, only been out on about 10 short weekend trips. New brakes, lots of life on the tires, Light cosmetic wear and tear and a small patch on the awning. Never had any leaks or needed any repairs. Photos show curtain for bathroom but we have the door if you want it reinstalled. Comfortable queen sized murphy bed and two closets for hanging clothes.
