Original Owner. Bought from Camping World Manassas, VA February 2010. Replaced stock 12V Ni-Cad Batteries with two Li-ion 12V Batteries. Installed a Rear View Camera on the back of the Trailer. All four tires and the spare were replaced in the summer/fall of 2024 after two tire blowouts. Minor damage to the Drivers Side (Left) Rear Axil Wheel Well exists. Air Conditioner, Electric Fire Place/Space Heater, Hot water Heater, all Plumbing, Large Screen TV, In House Radio/Sound System, Refrigerator/Freezer (both interior and exterior), Propane Stoves (both interior and exterior), House Vac, and Smoke/CO2 Alarms are functional. The DC/Propane Furnace needs service; I.e., the units burner that heats the air that the fan blows through the ducting. The master bed support frame needs reframing. All electrical outlets are functional. All lighting is functional. The Awning is functional without rips or tears.
