Great RV. We are moving and need to get rid of it. Everything comes with it. Hoses, kitchen stuff, electric griddle, etc. 

Has leveling jacks which make it nice. Has newer tires. 

Only cons it that is has some wear as far as faking cushions and some of the things fading. 

Mechanically has been well maintained.
