Great RV. We are moving and need to get rid of it. Everything comes with it. Hoses, kitchen stuff, electric griddle, etc. 
I have the aluminum wheel covers. One came off and I simply didn’t want one to pop off again. So I have all 4. 
Has leveling jacks which make it nice. Has newer tires. 

Only cons it that is has some wear as far as flaking cushions and some of the things fading. 

Mechanically has been well maintained.
