We love this RV! Its incredibly clean, no kids, no pets, non-smokers, solid construction, tows easily, well maintained. Stored under cover during winters months with the exception of this past winter where we traveled. We also adjusted breaks and repacked bearings before leaving. Everything still looks new and works great. Title in hand and we have all of the original manuals and paperwork.
