The trailer is a 2017 Coleman CTS270RL with Yukon Package and the Lantern Package the toilet, shower, water heater, never used. Never used grey water, black water tanks. It has been inside since new, we dry camped using other facilities in our building and its in excellent condition, we had the A/C replaced couple years ago , vinyl coating on couch is peeling on one side.
