The chassis is a Chevy 3500 Express van, fairly new steering dampener, very good Michelin tires, replaced super duty alternator, brakes and shocks recently replaced. Very reliable and easy to get serviced. Regular oil changes. Stored indoors so it has no rust, will need the tail pipe replaced.
Comfortable Captains seats that swivel for eating at the stow away table or for watching tv. The 3rd seat was removed and replaced with a hanging closet by the previous owner.
Full kitchen has a fully functional 3-way refrigerator with a small freezing compartment, microwave, sink, 2 burner stove and exhaust fan, with a Fantastic Fan in the ceiling. The heater can run on land power but is also self-sustained on battery. Air conditioner works fine, but needs to be recharged.
Has a built-in propane tank. Has Onan Generator but needs to be serviced. Includes a tow hitch that can tow a boat or we used it for a bike rack.
Bathroom has an indoor Thetford flush toilet that goes to the black holding tank. Black water and grey water tanks are easy to empty.
