This Rockwood Highwall Pop-Up Tent Trailer is the Cadillac of its type with nearly every feature a quality suburban home has. This certainly ain't tent camping!! It has 3 beds (heated king, heated queen and a full), U-shaped dining area (accommodates 4-8 people and we have a folding bar chair that allows great 4 person card playing), microwave oven, 3 burner stove/oven, private bathroom with commode and shower (which can be used as extra counter space if you dry camp), refrigerator (runs on propane, shore power or battery power), air conditioner (useable only with shore power) as well as a "fan-tastic" fan and a ceramic heater. Our favorite feature in this trailer is the outdoor kitchen with 2 sinks with hot and cold running water, a 2 burner stove and a propane BBQ. These features all plug directly into the rig's propane system with a convenient and accessible exterior hook-up. It features a sound system with speakers both inside and outside. All of the lighting has been converted to LED's. It also has an outdoor shower for hosing off. NEW makes of this HW277 model now run $28K. It was built in 2012 but used less than once a year, which accounts for it's great condition. It weighs less than 3000 lbs and is very easy to tow by either a 6 or 8 cylinder vehicle. There are some slight tears in one of the canvas windows (which has been repaired) and in the awning cover. The upholstery, beds and cabinetry are all in great condition (see pics and video). It has a 26 gallon fresh water tank, 12 gallons for grey water and 12 gallons for black water. The roof has recently been re-caulked and is water-tight and she has new tires and a brand new winch (which raises the side walls to standing height). It takes one person by themself about 45 minutes to set up, but with two people who know what they're doing, only 20-25 minutes.
