Two slides, one is the dinette and the second is the separate rear bedroom. The separate headroom is great when one is a night owl and the other a morning person.  Has full body paint, no rust or corrosion and the fabric awning with metal cover. We added similar awnings to three other windows, they are manual. A southern rig never on salted roads.  No dogs or smokers.  We have a small cat.  

This unit has always been stored in a closed barn when not used. Tires were replaced last year when the transmission service was done.  The tires are Continentals like the originals.  The rig gets 14-15mpg alone and 12.5 towing the jeep.  Oil was changed yearly.  
QD 3200 diesel generator with about 250 hours on it. Easy on fuel.  Other options include residential style gas and induction cooktop, satellite dish, two solar panels, new house batteries this year, Truma tankless water heater, 15k A/C with heat pump, Heavy duty sway bar, SUMO springs all 4 corners, Alcoa wheels with BORG valve stems, Automatic HWH hydraulic levelers, Seat cushions for the cab seats when turned around.

We are the original owners. It runs and drives well. Easy to handle and park. We towed a jeep with no drama. It is ready to go as is, title in hand. The only issues are the paint protection film has started to mold and looks dirty. I removed one small section and the paint is perfect underneath. The second is the floor linoleum has come unglued in one section, floor is fine, is solid and has never leaked but wanted to disclose. It can be fixed, just never got to it. The unit is clean, looks good, drives well and is ready for adventure.

The unit has a good Sam’s service contract active until June and is transferable.
