I purchased this unit from someone that had only used it three or four times in 2019. I have it in Auburn Al and it has been there since I purchased it. So it has almost no miles on the unit. The half bathroom has never been used, the generator has 0 hours on it and the fuel tank has never been used either. It has three awnings on the side (all electric) and the rear has an awning as well to cover the patio. The read door serves both as a ramp and patio with walls that come out for all four sides. There is one tv outside and four TVs inside as well as nice electric fireplace. It has a central vac unit that has also been used very little and the bag with all the attachments has never been opened. The tires have been covered since I purchased the unit. It has electric jacks that auto-stabilize as well. LED lights on the front of the until as well as the underbelly and inside the unit on the upper trim. Electric and gas hot water heater and a dual fuel fridge to support dry camping, with an oversized fridge and freezer to boot! Excellent opportunity to get a great unit. There is a table under the bed for the rear to use when the sofas are deployed. This unit has 3 AC units and a convection microwave oven. I use this unit on most weekends and I am selling to get a park model-tiny home since I am not towing the unit. It has a king bed up front, a bunk up top in the den, and two beds that drop down in the rear that sleep 4, so that is 7 in beds! It has three slides, with two in the den and one in the master bedroom. Very very tall ceilings and this is considered a residential unit which supports all season use. It has never been smoked in but I do have a small pet. It is extremely clean and someone will get a very nice unit with literally no road miles on it. Feel free to email with any questions.
