This is an almost pristine 31 year old class A. It is a truly awesome RV. Everything works despite being a bit old. It has a Cummins diesel and Spartan chassis and an Allison transmission. Originally from Florida. Very clean. Some surface rust underneath but nothing detrimental, brand new tires just a couple years ago can't have more than 3k miles on them. Air brakes, heated holding tanks, hydraulic self leveler, new awning, functional propane generator, and everything works. Can be completely self reliant and off grid. New furnace just a few years ago and brand new long queen mattress that is triple layer memory foam with an additional cooling gel mattress topper. Brand new chassis and house batteries, you heard that right, that's 4 new Automotive batteries. On board generator works and powers everything including AC. AC has recently been serviced and it powerful enough to keep it cool even on hot days. Lots of storage bins underneath. Heated holding tanks. Tanks have recently been thoroughly cleaned out. New awning just a couple years ago. New steps on ladder to climb up back. Back up camera. Tow hitch. Two TVs, custom stereo system with sub. I have new red and yellow corner marker lights to go on all the way around and will include those. Two new fresh water hoses for hook up. Roof has been inspected and resealed with liquid rubber on all joints and seals. Electric adapters to accommodate odd situations. Dinette and couch fold down into beds, and so many more great features. Looks like brand new on the inside given the year.

At 31 years old it would be silly to assume there isn't something that could use some maintenance or repair. What's wrong with it? It needs a new thermostat, It started to overheat a bit the last time we were out. Turned the heat on while driving and temp leveled right out at normal. Replacing a thermostat is not a major fix, it is a common thing especially after 31 years. The refrigerator runs on electric only, It is supposed to run on the onboard propane but that function is not working despite replacing many parts. It is certainly fixable. The steering on these old busses is rather lose and might make one feel like there is something wrong with it. I understand it is fine but given it's age, it might be a good idea to get it checked by a professional. Asking 9k . Only has 26,618 miles on it!

Engine: This is a Turbo diesel Cummins 6B , it has 5.9 liters of displacement and puts out 190 Horse.

The engine runs amazing and starts right up on first turn. Other than probably due for some basic maintenance and a thermostat it should be good to go.
