We replaced all the interior upholstery with more durable fabrics in 2022 ($7K+.) All the plumbing fixtures have been replaced and the plumbing was completely redone a few weeks ago ($2K+.) New electric steps, new rear toilet, leveling jacks recently serviced. Includes an installed wireless router range extender.

If you buy a lightly used coach, all the system failures are in your future; here we've already pushed them to the limit and repaired and upgraded or replaced as necessary to keep the coach functioning as the home we required. All systems have been continuously maintained and repaired as needed for our comfort. We fabricated a custom desk to create a computer workstation in the passenger area--included.

Mechanically the coach is in excellent condition. Oil changes every 5K miles with synthetic. All six tires are in virtually new condition--with suspension upgrades. It's ready to hit the road today--live in it or take it camping for a week, it's ready. It's been lived in and travel tested--and it has a few nicks and dings to prove it, but cosmetic blemishes don't diminish its functionality.

I am also selling my Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk SUV tow vehicle which we have flat towed thousands of miles with a Blue Ox Tow package. This is an excellent option for towing behind this or any other motorhome. It's been well maintained, it's in great condition and it already has the baseplate and wiring harness for the legal tow lights (at least a $1,000 add-on value.) I am asking $18,500. Mileage is just under 92,000.
