The Brookwood interior finishes (shown in pictures) are nice and neutral. The solid wood cabinet doors and solid surface countertops are just a couple of the many top of the line amenities this motorhome has to offer. The living area has 2 sofas that make into beds. The kitchen has a 3-burner stovetop, large 4 door refrigerator with ice maker and a pull out pantry. The bedroom/bathroom has a full size closet, drawer space, under bed storage, two sink areas, washer/dryer, closed lavatory and central vacuum. The floorpan is very livable!! With four slide-outs, it is extremely spacious. There is also lots of interior and exterior storage. 

One non-smoking owner. This motorhome belonged to my parents who were the only ones to use it. They kept it under roof in an rv port at their home in Alabama. It has only been as far west as Texas and as far north as Tennessee. It has not experienced any harsh weather road conditions and there has never been any leaks or mold.

We are selling it because my dad passed away in 2023 and my mother had a fall in 2024 and is no longer able to use the motorhome.

Discoloration on the front exterior is Diamond Shield coating and can be removed to reveal the factory paint underneath.
