31 Feet of Class C fun. V10 E-450. Ready to roll, runs like a champ. Cruise, AC/Heat, Power Locks. Stored inside the last 5 winters and in AZ immediately before that. Tons of updates: new flooring, upholstery, trim, smart/Bluetooth dash PC, etc. New tires, fuel pump, plugs, brake pads, filters.

Sleeping: Queen in rear, full size mattress in loft, couch and dinette both fold down as well.

Please Note:

1) The VIN is 1FDXE45S82HA94050. This will show the Ford Econoline chassis was built in 2002; the final RV assembly was done in 2003.

2) The original trim has been replaced (new mattresses, new upholstery, new flooring, etc).

3) The rollout tarp bracket was damaged in a storm. It's been replaced and works fine, but there is cosmetic damage.

4) There are no slide-outs (RVtrader didn't have an option for "0")

5) The Onan generator is throwing off Fault Code 36, . It starts but won't keep running; likely a fuel pump issue.

6) The switch on the Test panel (where you check tank levels) is stuck. You can still check propane level at the tank and water level at the rear reservoir.
