This fifth wheel was delivered to our lot on July 27, 2024 and has not moved. The ad required me to put mileage on there, so it was 90 miles from the dealer to our resort. We are selling due to medical reasons. The rv furniture was removed shortly after we bought it and has been stored in a climate control storage room. So the loveseat and the sofa are basically brand new. The hutch and the dark brown loveseat will be removed and the other furniture put back in here upon the sale. We are negotiable on the La-Z-Boy loveseat, but we are not negotiable on the hutch as this belonged to our son. The manufacturer warranty is good through July 27,2025 and there is a 5 year transferable extended warranty.

The stairs can be included if you want them. They are made from Trek and have double platforms.
