This 2016 Reflection 323BHS is the perfect fifth wheel for a family. We did a full roof replacement in January of 2023. We also installed a new water heater, put on new tires (only have 200 or so miles on them) and replaced one of two of the AC units. We also installed a Pentair in line water filter. Perfect for full-timing or travel. Spec says it sleeps 9, but it definitely sleeps 6 comfortably: Two in the main bedroom, 4 in the bunk room. Could easily replace the couch with a pull out to comfortably sleep two more there if needed. Reach out with any other questions.
