Keystone Cougar 276 Fifth Wheel Trailer

This exceptionally well-maintained fifth wheel trailer is a rare gem—clean and fresh with a spacious full-sized super slide-out. The oak-faced cabinets gleam like new, and the stove, oven, refrigerator, and microwave have seen little use and look it. The bedroom carpet, including under-bed and dinette storage areas, is in near-new condition. Everywhere you look, this trailer reflects the kind of care that’s hard to find.

Excellent Condition:

New Tires with 4 MILES of use!!

Completely smoke-free and never smoked in.

Never occupied full-time and used very little - often years without use.

Interior is in excellent to immaculate condition, with most areas showing minimal signs of use. The couch and dinette fabric are in immaculate condition.

Full-size queen bed mattress was upgraded to a superior home-grade mattress. The proper extension was added to support the standard-length bed.

32-inch flat screen TV is included.

The original pillows and bedspread that came with the trailer are also included and remain in excellent, near-new condition.

The exterior has never leaked—no rain intrusion or interior water damage.

Exterior Condition:

Cougar emblems are in good shape.

Some exterior pin striping and corners show peeling but remains visually appealing.

Tires:

New Tires driven 4 miles. Installed at Discount Tire then immediately driven and placed into storage.

Ownership History:

Purchased from the original owner.

Single owner for the past ten years.

Briefly used in Washington State for about one month during a home sale.

Driven to Las Vegas in 2016 and stored on a private lot alongside a home.

Kept in covered storage for the past 18 months.

 Operational Information:

All systems were in good working order prior to storage 18 months ago.

All of the original owner’s manuals for the trailer and appliances have been carefully preserved.

FULL of camping supplies. See pictures.

Kingpin stabilizer bipod tack for maximum park stability and support.

Standard 110V is available for appliances and lighting.

To demonstrate the rooftop air conditioner, please bring a capable generator.

The outside awning vinyl sheet of plastic needs to be replaced. The roll-up awning mechanism is in good condition and working order.

Please Note:

The slide-out operates perfectly and extends fully but is not shown at full extension due to the building’s overhead roof support post.

The second recliner was also not pictured in its proper position next to the center table because the slide-out was not fully extended.

The camper has not been washed or polished, and no Armor All has been applied since it was placed in storage 18 months ago.

The trailer has valid Washington license tabs, so you can legally tow this well-kept trailer home today before transferring the registration into your name.
