Full disclosure: we did not properly winterize year before last, a pipe burst , and we now have a rippled kitchen floor. We had it professionally stabilized , but in order to have no squeak or slight give it would need the entire first floor replaced at a cost of up to $5000 . It is nothing that would have to be done, it is safe and livable as is. We therefore reduced the retail price steeply to accommodate this issue.
